We provide a time, a place, and a community of supportive people to work alongside, five days a week. All you have to do is show up.

This is a simple but powerful method of working (aka. the Pomodoro Technique). It helps boring tasks feel less painful to start, and bigger tasks less overwhelming to tackle.

πŸ”· We make goals for our work

Everyone makes a goal for what to work on before each 25-min. burst. We make sure it feels clear & doable. Saying it out loud makes it real and helps keep you accountable.

πŸ”· We work in real-time

The host shares their screen with a big 25 min. timer and everyone works in real-time until the timer goes off. (Mics get muted. You can keep videocam on if it helps, but you don't have to).

πŸ”· We check our results

After each work burst, we check our results. What did you notice? Then we If anybody gets stuck, we briefly process to make things more clear or break it down further.

πŸ”· We repeat until it's a habit

We make a new goal for the next work burst and dive into work again. Getting things done becomes an experience and over time, a work habit. It's a powerful tool you can point at anything in your life to tackle and make progress on.
